Infrastructure:
The College houses spaciously laid out, highly equipped and properly maintained laboratories for different branches of Pharmacy viz. Quality Assurance and Drug regulatory Affairs. The functional QA laboratory has sophisticated and ultramodern instruments like Ultraviolet Spectrophotometer, Fourier Transform Infra Red Spectrophotometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, Gas Chromatograph, High Performance Liquid Chromatograph, High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography, Differential Scanning Calorimeter, Spectrofluorimeter etc. Dissolution Test Apparatus, Ultrasonicator, Polarising Microscope, Homogenizer, stereomicroscope, Fermentor, CO2 incubators, Rheometer are available in the functional Pharmaceutical Product Development laboratory. The college has developed very good computer application laboratory and internet facilities for the students and faculty. Quality Assurance and Drug Regulatory Affairs Department:
Quality of medicine has receiving to priority attention by the manufacturer. There is a dearth of information and lot more need to be done in validation, process control, preparation of standard operating procedures. The department has taken up challenge and is working in the following fields.

Dr Ashish Baldi,Alumni of Sagar University and Indian Institute of Technology Delhi,has featured in “Who’s Who of the World” as one of the most outstanding scientist across the world in 2011 edition. He has also honoured with “Shiksha Bharati” Award in 2010 for his excellent contribution in the field of education. With 1 patent, over 30 national and international publications and more than 100 papers at conferences/seminars in India and abroad, and several best paper awards to his credit, he is an active researcher in various facets of pharmaceutical science and biotechnology. His area of interest ranges from plant cell technology, novel drug delivery systems, analytical method development and pharmacological study of herbal formulations to microbial biotechnology. He has also supervised 10 M. Pharm. project students and 8 undergraduate students in various fields of pharmaceutical technology. Presently, he is Fellow/Life member of more than 10 scientific societies worldwide and advisory/editorial board member in more than 20 journals of high impact.
